A lot of work!

We've done a TON of work to 77 S. Mulberry Street since we bought it in December, 2005. The only area we haven't changed is the area going out the backdoor and the basement. However, there is a new 90%+ efficient furnace in the basement! You'll love that when you get your gas bill in the winter!

The Backyard

I'm a big fan of having some space to call my own. If you have kids this is the perfect place to let them play till their heart's content! The yard is big - but not too big. The tall privacy fence ensures the kids, or pets, will stay put - then again, why would they want to leave?

How would you like to live here?

Mulberry Street is a quiet little street just east of Chillicothe's "First Capital District." This home is located just steps from a grocery store and several churches. It's a great place to live! My wife has planted a few flowers, but we decided to keep the bigger flower bed open for you when you move in!

Ok so the dog, Cooper, doesn't come with the house, but he's got plenty of room to run and play in the HUGE backyard. It's a lot and a half. Big enough to stretch out in, but only takes about 15 minutes to mow!
